Consolidate multiple servers ( generally up to 20 to 40 servers ) onto a single host server. Add multiple host servers in a cluster for redundancy and automatic fail-over. Dramatically shrink storage requirements by eliminating duplicate disk blocks on your storage device.

We have experience with roll-out of VMware Vcenter (ESXi 3.5) and the new Vsphere (ESXi 4.0) solutions and with consolidated network storage solutions. Network storage should generally consist tiered layers, with fast storage for VM's and slower less expensive storage for templates, ISO's, and backups.

Webmail on an IMAP based email system is full featured, allowing you to read both new and old (archive) messages. Webmail on POP3 systems is limited to reading new mail only.

The first advice we often have for clients is to consolidate their important information onto a single server, as it is nearly impossible to reliably backup individual PC's. Servers today all have redundant disks and are much less prone to sudden failure.
